About myself
I work from my home salon & also visit clients in their own homes within my local area.
My salon is bright, clean & inviting & located in the Kempshott area of Basingstoke.
I'm a member of The Freelance Hairdresser's Association, fully insured & qualified with over 30 years hairdressing experience.
To ensure consistently beautiful results I use high quality products & regularly educate myself on new products & techniques to keep my business current.
Appointments are booked on a 'one to one' basis to enable me to concentrate fully on each client.

My services include cutting & styling, colouring, perming, as well as classic manicures & pedicures.
My colour services range from a simple root touch up or grey blending through to a colour melt, face frame or bespoke balayage. I love to create believable, dimensional, healthy looking hair.

I provide a floor covering & I cover other work areas before setting out my equipment.
I'm also happy to wear overshoes to protect carpets.

Terms & Conditions
Please note any cancellations within 48 hours will incur a charge of 30% of your appointment fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50%,
'No shows' to my home salon or my arriving at your home & the appointment not proceeding will incur a charge of 100%.
Appointments to the value of £70.00 & above I ask for a 30% non refundable deposit to secure the booking. This will be deducted from your final bill once I have carried out the service booked.
Please note my services are by appointment only & 'walk in' appointments to my home salon are not available.

I am allowed by law to use personal information (& share it outside of my salon) if I have a legitimate reason to do so, eg to communicate with you regarding your service or appointment, educational purposes, marketing purposes, the use of my card reader. I will not share this information without your consent with any other third party, except to prevent fraud or if required to do so by law.

I am obliged to keep your name, relevant client history (eg colour & skin test records) & financial transactions on record for six years.
Historical paper records are locked & stored safely away from the salon area & digital records are securely stored in accounts with password protection.
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information I hold about you. I have the right to charge an administration fee for this service. You may also ask me to correct or update information I hold about you & I would ask you to do so by emailing lucie.hardt.hair@gmail.com.
