This information may include your name, home & email addresses, telephone number or information relevant to a service I provide (eg allergies, skin condition, pregnancy, medication). It may also include payment & transaction information, your IP address or a picture of your hair.
I am allowed by law to use personal information (& share it outside of my salon) if I have a legitimate reason to do so, eg to communicate with you regarding your service or appointment, educational purposes, marketing purposes, the use of my card reader. I will not share this information without your consent with any other third party, except to prevent fraud or if required to do so by law.

Historical paper records are locked & stored safely away from the salon area & digital records are securely stored in accounts with password protection.
